Starting as a young trader in Riyadh, he built a business empire spanning finance, real estate, and agriculture, including the world’s largest palm plantation. Renowned for his generosity, he established a foundation to continue his charitable work in education, health, and community development, leaving a lasting legacy of faith and enterprise.
Khaled Bin Saleh Alrajhi is the chairman of Khaled Alrajhi Holding Co., which invests globally in real estate, hotels, retail, food production, and healthcare, among others. He is a veteran board member and/or chairman in many organizations. He graduated from King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals in systems engineering and operations research.
Dr. Yousuf AlMulla, CEO of AlRajhi Properties, brings over 20 years of experience in the financial and real estate sectors. Previously, he held leadership roles at Mada’in Properties and Sharjah Islamic Bank, driving innovation and strategic growth. Holding a Doctorate in Business Administration from the University of Administrative Sciences in Malaysia, Dr. AlMulla leads AlRajhi Properties toward sustainable growth, innovation, and regional leadership.
